Experience behind the perspective.
Across 16 years in business strategy, finance, marketing and technology, Olimpo has focused on the gap between generating demand and following through commercially: slow responses to new leads, disconnected conversations and CRM systems that sales teams struggle to adopt. At Infinite Stair, he combines business strategy, financial structuring, applied AI architecture and custom software to help commercial operations scale. His experience also includes Patrimofy, where he has worked on high-ticket real estate sales systems, and Led By Digital, where he connects custom development, CRM implementation, AI automation and direct-response marketing. He gets involved in both process design and implementation. His work brings together traceable pipelines, conversational qualification agents, interactive financial tools and sales coaching based on real conversations and pipeline data. His practical training combines executive experience with continuous technical learning in CRM, software development, AI agents, prompt engineering and system integration.
Professional experience
Olimpo has led and supported consultative sales teams of 5 to 15 advisers and networks of partner brokers, across high-ticket real estate, B2B and B2C consulting, digital marketing and custom software. His work covers CRM architecture and adoption, lead routing, response-time agreements, follow-up and reactivation workflows, financial objection handling and one-to-one sales coaching. He works with GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Kommo and Bitrix24, connecting sales operations through REST APIs, webhooks and WhatsApp Cloud API. He personally designs and implements AI agents, knowledge bases, CRM diagnostics and software using Node.js, TypeScript and Next.js, with cloud deployments and integrations involving Google Sheets and Telegram. In projects delivered in 2025 and 2026, he combined commercial portals, financial simulators, live inventory tools and AI-assisted lead qualification with CRM audits to improve response speed, traceability and the quality of sales follow-up.
Sales technology should remove friction so that salespeople can spend their energy understanding customers, negotiating and closing, rather than filling in fields. A CRM is useful when it captures context, organizes priorities and makes the next action clear. Adoption depends on useful automation, a clear process and hands-on coaching. AI contributes speed, consistency and analysis at scale: responding to new enquiries, qualifying opportunities, summarizing conversations and flagging stalled leads. Human judgment remains essential where trust, financial concerns and negotiation shape the decision. AI opens the door and prepares the conversation; people build the relationship and close the deal.
